Each snowboard has a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty is only applicable for manufacturers defects. Lucky Snowboards, LLC and its affiliates will not be held responsible for the misuse, or reckless use of any snowboard or related gear.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted on unworn and unused merchandise. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the date they were received.

Returns and exchanges will need to be pre-authorized. Please contact us at info@LuckySnowboards.com

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Care department at info@LuckySnowboards.com

Sale items with manufacturers defects may be exchanged but no refunds will be given. If returning an item please enclose a copy of the receipt. Please be sure to save a copy for your records.
